1. Physical Products — Returns & Exchanges

We want every piece to feel extraordinary on you. That is why we offer our Sizing, Fit & Seductive Style Guide ($9.99) — the fit-verification tool that confirms your size before you order.

Per our policy: if an item does not fit your body (too large or too small for the size you selected) and you did not purchase the Sizing, Fit & Seductive Style Guide with your original order, the return or exchange is not eligible as a company or supplier defect. Choosing a size without our fit-verification tool is treated as the customer's decision. Fit-based returns and exchanges are eligible only when the Sizing & Fit Guide was purchased at the time of the original order.

All non-fit returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items) remain eligible under our standard return process. Our team reviews each request within 1–2 business days; approved returns receive a prepaid return shipping label via email, and once your item is received we process your refund within 3–5 business days. 2. Digital Products — Non-Refundable

The Sizing, Fit & Seductive Style Guide (PDF) is a digital, one-time-purchase product. Because it is delivered instantly and its value is fully realized upon access, it is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, regardless of the return window or conditions that apply to our physical products. The Guide is intended to help customers select the correct size across our full product catalog. For clarity: both (1) access to the Guide's content and (2) use of its measurement and size-recommendation features each constitute delivery of and consumption of the product. Unlike our physical products, the Guide is expressly not eligible for any dissatisfaction-based refund, return, or chargeback exception.
